Desiray
is a self
taught
artist and
has enjoyed
painting
most of her
life. She
has
developed
her own
unique style
of multiple
layers of
brilliant
colors
accentuated
by dark
silhouettes.
Desiray's
creations
are not an
image of a
particular
place, they
are an image
of her
imagination.
The
main purpose
of her art
work is to
create a
sense of
peace and
tranquility
through
color, in a
world that
is sometimes
much to
hectic.
Desiray has spent
most of her life on the Oregon coast and the
Hawaiian Islands. Her love of beautiful Hawaiian
sunsets and the majestic Oregon coast has shaped
her style.
